Transaction Specialist - Check Payment in Indiana, PA
Description
Reviews the On Us exceptions; this includes but is not limited to multiple signature account verification, stop suspect review and large dollar verification. Uses specific system to process NSF items. Utilizes specialized software to process Non On US exceptions. Process loan payments and other transactions through Vertex and Branch Capture. Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance and enforcement of internal departmental procedures. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Demonstrates problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and moderate computer skills are necessary.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications 1. Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; these skills normally associate with the receiving of a high school diploma or equivalent; 2. Proficient manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; 3. No physical limitations that will prohibit heavy lifting. 4. Successful completion of the 1-3 month training period within the department. 5. Proficient analytical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills. 6. Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.
