Description
Administers accounts throughout the Non-Accrual, Charge off, Recovery, Repossession and Total Loss processes. Compiles, updates, and analyzes the necessary documentation and information needed to complete related administrative items. Properly files legal materials and responds to correspondence and inquiries. Monitors accounts throughout the Charge off, Recovery, Repossession and Total Loss to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Produces departmental reports and maintains accurate files.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Administers accounts throughout the Non-Accrual, Charge off, Recovery, Repossession and Total Loss processes.
2. Compiles, updates, and analyzes the necessary documentation and information needed to complete the required administrative items.
3. Properly files materials and responds to correspondence and inquiries from customers.
4. Types letters and correspondence to clients.
5. Produces departmental reports and maintains accurate files,
6. Responds to delinquency client disputes via letter or through E-Oscar
7. Processes payments.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
1. Excellent computer, analytical, and mathematical skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office software required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills required.
3. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to as necessary.
